In scenic red rock country, 15 miles northwest of sunny St. George lies the 240-acre Gunlock Reservoir where year-round boating, watercraft rentals, water sports and quality fishing for bass and catfish attract visitors.
Facilities at Gunlock Reservoir include boat launching ramp, restrooms, camping spots, and camp fire pits. The lakes name comes from the small town north of the reservoir named Gunlock. This State Park is nice because not as many boaters are familiar with this lake; so your family, friends, or business associates have more enjoyable water conditions.
