Enjoy the campground which is popular with locals and tourists visiting the Flathead National Forest and offers a variety of recreation facilities and activities for the whole family. Some of these activities include; boating, fishing, hiking, biking, sightseeing, wakeboarding, water skiing, and more! The campground is nestled in the highlands of northwestern Montana, adjacent to Tally Lake, which is the deepest natural lake in Montana.
A dock provides access to the lake's best fishing, which includes kokanee salmon, a variety of trout and northern pike. A horseshoe pit, playground, and volleyball courts are conveniently located within the campground for additional recreational adventures. Visitors also enjoy boating, tubing, wakesurfing, wakeskate, air chair and other water recreation on the 1,326 acres of Tally Lake. The campground offers dozens of campsites for tent and RV camping. It provides access to a boat ramp, an open air pavilion, beaches and picnic areas. Reservation for watercraft are required in advance.

There is a small divide that separates the Swan River Valley from the Clearwater River Valley. The Clearwater River flows south through a series of lakes, including Seeley Lake and empties into the Blackfoot River. The two valleys are known locally as the Seeley / Swan. The Swan Lake Area is host to numerous campsites including areas right along the lake to stay and enjoy the outdoors.
Noxon Reservoir

You can camp, hike, bike, water ski, wakeboard, wake surf, kneeboard, wake skate, stand up paddle board, air chiar, tube and more! This reservoir has old sunken roadbeds and huge shallow flats covered with stumps that always hold bass and sometimes, big pike in the 5-15 pound range and the spring time is great to catch fish on plugs, spinner baits and rubber worms, but as the season progresses, most folks shift to tube jigs and worms in smoke and gold fleck color schemes.
Some good places to start looking include the bays of the tributaries, mid reservoir north of Marten Creek, directly across from North Shore Campground, the bass ponds at Trout Creek, Finley Flats and off the golf course downstream of Thompson Falls. Also enjoy Cabinet Gorge Reservoir which is close by.
